Your AssociateStore comes with a pre-configured Christian product catalog (view demos here) and is programmed with your unique Amazon Associate ID. You can earn up to 10% referral fees from Amazon on every sale generated from your store! There is absolutely no inventory to manage, no shipping to handle, no merchant account to open!

• What is the Amazon Associates program?

The Amazon Associates program was the first online affiliate program of its kind when it launched in 1996. Today, it is among the largest and most successful online affiliate program, with over 1,000,000 members world-wide. If you are a Web site owner, Amazon seller, or Web developer, you can start earning money today and earn up to 10% in referral fees. • Is there a minimum time contract or commitment required to order CBN AssociateStore?

Not at all. There is no contract to sign when you order CBN AssociateStore. You just pay the membership fee according to your billing cycle to keep your store running. You can cancel your membership at any time.

• Can I have my own colour theme and layout to fit my current website's look?

Yes! With our AssociateStore program, you can customize the color, layout and settings of your online bookstore via the web control panel. We also provide custom store design service for those who want to integrate the online bookstore into their personal or ministry websites. • What are the average sales for these stores?

We cannot predict the sales result as there are many variables that can affect the success of a business. It largely depends on how much effort you put in to promote your store. While we do provide tips and resources to help you with marketing and store management, we provide no representations or projections of revenues, or return on investment.

• Can I filter some products or categories from my bookstore?

Yes! We totally understand your concerns. With CBN AssociateStore, you can easily filter items, categories and merchants from being displayed in your online bookstore catalog. You can even filter certain words from keyword searches, so when visitors search on these words, no results will return.

• What services do you offer to help me market my new online Christian bookstore?

Technical

• Can I have my own domain name for my bookstore?

Yes, you surely can. If you already registered a domain name, you just need to set its DNS information to our name servers: ns1.christianbooknet.com and ns2.christianbooknet.com. If you have not got a domain name, you can register one easily at our affiliated domain name services website: C-Domains.

• Can I host my bookstore as a sub-domain under my own domain name?

Our policy doesn't allow hosting the program on your own server. However, we do support remote sub-domain hosting of your store site. You can setup a sub-domain of your own domain name and have it pointed off-site to your store's sub-domain name under Christianbooknet.com, provided your hosting company supports remote sub-domain hosting. For instance, say your CBN bookstore's web address is abcshop.christianbooknet.com, you can create a sub-domain of your own domain name - abcshop.yourowndomain.com, then ask your hosting company to point it off-site to abcshop.christianbooknet.com.

• Can I add my own products to the bookstore?

Yes! If you know some HTML, you can create custom pages from your AssociateStore control panel and insert HTML codes provided by your third-party payment gateway (such as Paypal). See this custom page on our demo store for an example. If you need help creating custom pages to sell your own products, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to assist you in this matter. We only charge a one-time setup fee per custom page (we don't deduct any processing fees or commissions from your revenue).

If you are interested in selling your digital goods, i.e. eBooks, sermon recordings, music MP3s, we recommend CBN DigiStore, a secure and fully automated (seamlessly integrated with Paypal) ecommerce system to sell digital goods online.

Payments

• I don't want to pay through Paypal. Is there any other way I can pay you?

We prefer to accept payments through Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay with credit cards or e-checks without having a Paypal account.

• How do I get paid/benefit from my CBN bookstore?

You get paid from Amazon with referral fees on every product sold through your bookstore. You can log on to Amazon Associate Central and set your preferred method (direct deposit, check, or gift certificates) to receive payments. Click here for Amazon.com's compensation details.

You can also earn extra income by placing affiliate ads or banners (such as Google ads) on your online bookstore website.

• Is the setup fee refundable?

Our current policy states that all fees including the setup fee and subscription fees are NOT refundable once the bookstore has been setup. But subscribers can cancel their subscriptions to CBN service at any time.
